- Design a social impact fund that uses capital, technical assistance, and network development to equitably build wealth and health in under-invested communities across three states.
- Utilize quantitative and qualitative data and stakeholder engagement to assess the market, chart the strategy, identify partners, establish impact evaluation metrics, and define the fund's financial requirements.
- Develop a pipeline of projects with capital needs as diverse as $25,000 and $7 million.
- Iteratively engage on expansion feasibility and planning.

The Global Good Fund
- Align strategy and support growth across organization’s social impact accelerator and its associated consulting practice and venture capital impact fund.
- Develop new strategy and corresponding tools for evaluation and learning including updated mission, vision, theory of change, logic model, KPIs, and evaluation framework.
- Lead the transition to an impact-focused framework across all collateral, proposals, and media, leveraging qualitative and quantitative data and narrative. Oversee rebrand, in process.
- Launch prospect research and an update of development team’s operational systems. Design corporate engagement strategy; cultivate and steward major donors; write select proposals.
